Email the invoice and reconcile the payment.

Once an invoice is sent, you can track its status — sent, paid, overdue — and convert paid invoices into income.
Send
Click Send on a draft invoice to email it to the customer with a PDF attached.
Mark paid
- Open the invoice and click Mark paid.
- Set the received date and method.
- An income entry is created automatically and the invoice shows a green income chip.
