We want you to love Econoglance. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@econoglance.com and we will help process the refund through Paddle.
After the 30-day window
You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not generally provide refunds for partial periods after the 30-day window, but if something has gone wrong please reach out — we review every request individually.
