Create a bill

Track money you owe — manually or auto-generated.

Bills are individual payables. Use them for one-off invoices from vendors or for tracking specific months of a recurring service.

Bills & Payables page
The Bills page shows open, total due, and overdue at the top.

Steps

  1. Open Accounting → Bills.
  2. Click + New bill.
  3. Enter vendor, amount, issue date, and due date.
  4. Optionally link to a subscription so payments roll up.
  5. Save as Open. Mark Paid when settled.
