Paluwagan is a Filipino rotating savings system where a group contributes a fixed amount regularly and each member takes a turn receiving the total. It is a form of group saving built on trust: everyone pays in the same amount on a regular schedule, and each cycle one member takes home the pooled total, until every member has had exactly one turn.
